They promise things and don’t deliver
January 12, 2024Before signing up with them, I asked if a few things I wanted were possible and they told me none of it was a problem. After I paid the money it suddenly wasn’t possible anymore and I basically just lost my money. As they are also not willing to provide a refund. So stay away from them!!
Two words: Customer Support
October 18, 2022They are on the ball. Not only are tickets responded to super fast meaning I’ve never had a ticket response with ‘we’re currently experiencing high volume.. so please allow some time..’ Never once have I got anything close to that type of reply..
The reason being I would say is because when they look into your problem they solve it really really FAST!
After its solved its solved and it is what it is..
There doesn’t seem to be this big back log of excuses and people hiding from tickets..
The tickets just get done!
